PPP Box Score Summary — Data Transfer
Task Objective
Copy nine metrics from the printed Box Score report into the PPP workbook’s “Box Score Summary” section.

2 Step-by-Step Instructions
Verify report date range & property.
Header must show today’s “As-Of” date and the correct property name.
Record Current Occupancy %.
Locate Current Occupancy % ➜ enter in PPP Cur Occ %.
Record Net-Leased Trend %.
Copy Net Leased Percent (Trend %) ➜ PPP Trend %.
Calculate & record Leased %.
Leased % = Current Occupancy % + Vacant Units Leased %
Enter result in PPP Leased %.
Record Vacant Units & Vacant Ready.
Box Score field PPP column Vacant Units (Total) Vacant Units Vacant Units Made Ready Vacant Ready 
Record weekly Move-Ins & Move-Outs.

Record Applications Received.
