Task Objective
Determine this week’s make-ready goal and count units vacant > 30 days by reviewing Vacant Not Ready lists. Enter both counts (plus notes) in the PPP workbook.

2 Step-by-Step Instructions
Verify property & report date.
Header shows correct Property, Fiscal Period = current month, and As-Of date = today.
Review Vacant · Not Leased · Not Ready list.
Prioritise units with highest Days Vacant for this week’s make-ready plan.
Review Vacant Leased · Not Ready list.
Check Move-In Date; schedule make-ready only if needed before that date.
Cross-check Summary chart.
Confirm Total Vacant · Not Ready count equals units reviewed in Steps 2-3.
Set this week’s make-ready goal.
In PPP column for today, enter the number of units you commit to complete.
List unit numbers & target dates in Notes.Count units vacant > 30 days.
In Days Vacant column, count units with value > 30.
Note any exclusions and reasons.Enter >30-day count in PPP.
Input the count in PPP row Vacant > 30 Days.
In Notes, add unit numbers & causes of delay.
