Task Objective
Capture the weekly number of Applications Approved (Approved + Approved-w/Conditions) from the Results & Decisions report and enter it in the PPP workbook.

| Workbook | PPP open to current month & today’s column |
2 Step-by-Step Instructions
Verify property & date range.
Header must show correct Property, Fiscal Period = current month, and As-Of date = yesterday (Sun).
Record Approved apps (Total).
Go to the final page → add values from Approved + Approved-w/Conditions. Note the combined total for PPP entry.
Enter Approved total in PPP workbook.
Type the combined total into today’s column under Apps Approved.
