PPP Leasing Activity Detail — Data Transfer
Task Objective
Use the Leasing Activity Detail report to capture New Prospects (Traffic) and Visits (Tours) for last Monday–Sunday, then enter them in the PPP workbook.
1 Prerequisites / Tools

| Workbook | PPP open to current month & today’s column |
2 Step-by-Step Instructions
Verify property & date range.
Header must show the correct Property, Fiscal Period = current month, and As-Of date = yesterday (Sun).
Record New Prospects (Total Traffic).
Go to the last page of the report and locate the New Prospects line. Note the value for PPP entry.
Enter Traffic value in PPP workbook.
Type the New Prospects number into today’s column under Traffic.
Record Visits (Tours).
On the same page find the Visits line. Note the value for PPP entry.
Enter Tours value in PPP workbook.
Type the Visits number into today’s column under Tours.
