PPP Lease Expiration Detail — Data Transfer

Task Objective
Capture Month-to-Month (MTM) leases and scheduled expirations for the next 12 months from the Lease Expiration Detail report and enter them in the PPP workbook.

1 Prerequisites / Tools

Report PacketLease Expiration Detail (next 12-month range, correct property)
WorkbookPPP open to current month tab

2 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Verify property & date range.

    Header must show correct Property, Fiscal Period = current month, and As-Of date = today. Report range should cover the next 12 months.

  2. Record Month-to-Month (MTM) count.

    At the top of the report locate the MTM Leases section and note the total unit count.

  3. Enter MTM count in PPP.

    Type the MTM total into PPP row MTM Leases.

  4. Identify monthly scheduled expirations.

    Scroll to the Monthly Summary table → note each month’s Scheduled Expirations count (next 12 months).

  5. Enter expirations row in PPP.

    In PPP row Scheduled Lease Expirations, enter each month’s count under its corresponding column.

  6. Locate NTV / Eviction move-out dates.

    In the detail section, find residents with Notice to Vacate or Eviction status; record the expected move-out month.

  7. Verify move-out month accuracy.

    Ensure each expected move-out date falls in the correct month column (e.g., examples shown all fall in Jul 2025).

  8. Understand NTV > Expiration variance.

    The monthly Notice to Vacate (NTV) total can exceed scheduled expirations because it also counts MTM residents choosing to leave and early terminations.
