12. Click on the filing number and copy/paste

13. Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]]

14. Click "Business Organizations"

16. Press [[ctrl]] + [[v, Paste the filing number]]

17. Click this text field.

18. Type " [[Backspace]]"

19. Click FILE DOCUMENT NOT FIND ENTITY

20. Select the "Certificate of Assumed Business Name" option.

21. Click "Submit"

22. Click this text field.

23. Type in the DBA you would like filed.

24. Click "Submit"

25. Click this text field.

26. Type "10/26/2035"

27. Click "Submit"

28. Choose the correct county the property is located in,

29. Click "Submit"

30. Click this text field.

31. Enter in the address that is listed on the W9 for the property.

32. Click "Submit"

33. Click this text field.

34. Enter your name.

35. Click "Submit"

36. Click "Submit Filing Fee"
