Task Objective
Generate a PDF containing all active Cash Payment Coupons for the selected resident scope, then print on 4 × 6 card stock or letter paper for distribution.

2 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Payments menu.
From OneSite main navigation, hover Payments.

2. Select Cash Payment Coupon.
Click the Cash Payment Coupon tile in the Accounts Receivable section.

3. Choose Print Bulk Coupons.
On the toolbar, click Print Bulk Coupons.

4. Filter resident scope.
Tick the boxes for Applicants, Current, Pending, and/or Former as required. Default = Current Residents.

5. Generate coupon batch.
Click Generate. OneSite compiles a PDF; wait until status shows Ready before continuing.

6. Print coupon file.
When the PDF viewer opens, click Print.
• Paper size: 4 × 6 (preferred) or Letter (Fit to page ON)
• Verify barcode is fully visible.
• Optional – click Download to save PDF instead of printing.
