Purpose
Our residents appreciate our willingness and ability to perform small tasks as requested.
Standard
Special requests from residents regarding work or small tasks (installing washer/dryers, hanging ceiling fans, etc.) to be performed in their apartment must be approved by the Property Manager and done during office hours as time allows.
Bellaire Multifamily employees are not allowed to hang TVs or install other electronic devices.
A Service Request must be completed for any type of work done in an apartment.
Service Requests must be completed as a priority and workload dictates.
Bellaire Multifamily employees may not be reimbursed or accept compensation from the resident for performing any task.
